The Courtyard Suite
With its own private Hot Springs hot tub (for your use only), private bath,
in-room breakfast, and sumptuous surroundings, the Courtyard Suite is the ultimate in romance and relaxation for special celebrations.
Features include a private courtyard and a large living room with a wonderfully warm fireplace adorned by a magnificently handcrafted antique mahogany mantel, plush down sofa, baby grand piano and a fully equipped kitchenette. The separate bedroom is furnished with an opulent queen-size bed, personal writing desk and mini library. The French doors from the living room open onto the courtyard in the summer, so throw open the doors where floral scents and the sound of a tumbling fountain lull guests into sweet dreams.
Rates:
Summer Rates: $175/night (two night minimum in the summer months)
$875/week $3,000/month
Spring/Fall/Winter: $145/night
$750/week $2,500/month

Fine Print:
Deposits are 50% of your expected stay.
Cancellations fully refunded with 3 days' notice, 50% within 3 days unless your room is rebooked. Full refund for those days rebooked.
Check-in is 3 pm, Check-out is 11 am.
Early or late arrival by prior arrangement. No pets or smoking please.
Children over 16 are welcome.

The Pensione
The sunny European-inspired Pensione sleeps up to 4 and has one queen bed and one full Murphy bed (with regular plush mattress), full kitchen, private bath and beautiful views of the gardens. Flat screen TV, DVD, VCR, stereo and air conditioner in room. No breakfast is included at this price, so bring your own goodies or head out to eat at a number of wonderful breakfast establishments on the island.
Rates:
Summer Rates: $95/night, three night minimum
$10 per additional occupants up to four maximum
$575/week $1,500/month
Spring/Fall/Winter Rates: $75/night, two night miniumum
$10 per additional occupants up to four maximum
$450/week $1,200/month
